If you would like to upgrade to one of the subscriptions (business subscription, business bundle) during the trial period, please send us an email – you will then receive an invoice with the details of the upgrade.
Only a few articles are freely accessible on the websites, which means that you must register to read articles that are available to readers and subscribers (paywall).
The ABC of registration/sign in:
No matter what device you are using (mobile phone, tablet, laptop/desktop), you always have several options for registering.
- Sign in button at the top right (on mobile devices, first click in the top right of the main menu)
- The note ‘This post is for paying subscribers only’ appears in articles. You will also find the sign in link below.
This is how it continues:
- Under sign in, enter the email address you used to register.
- After entering your email address, you will immediately receive an email with a confirmation link. A password is not required.
- Click on the link in the email or copy and paste it into a browser on the device of your choice – and you will immediately have access to the package you have booked.
The system works reliably on all devices and in all browsers. Problems occasionally occurred because readers/subscribers had provided different email addresses than the ones stored in the system when registering.
Important: The main email address for your subscription should be the email address that you used in the payment process with Stripe.
If you want to have access as a subscriber with several email addresses (e.g. private and business), please send me a note and I will set this up additionally.
In any other case: Send us a note if you have any questions – we will always try to provide a prompt answer.
If you require an invoice: The system should automatically send a payment receipt to the email address used in the Stripe payment process. Should you require adjustments to an invoice, please send us an email briefly stating what you need.
